Tiffany was raised in Colleyville, TX and attended LD Bell HS in Hurst, TX. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Abilene Christian University in Broadcast Journalism. After graduation, she worked for a major news corporation in Washington, D.C. as a production assistant on a popular political news show. After one year in the big city, she moved back home to Texas to pursue real estate and teaching. While attending school to receive her alternative teaching certification, Tiffany helped friends and family buy and sell real estate. And although her parents begged her to stay in real estate, she knew the classroom walls were calling her name. After 11 great years serving students and families in Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD, Tiffany decided to once again pursue real estate with her family.

In March of 2022, Tiffany married her all-American "boy next door" after Carter Cleveland had moved into the classroom next door to her in the fall of 2019. They are expecting their first child, a little girl, in January 2023.

Tiffany is also passionate about her faith, family, being outdoors, travel, serving and volunteering within her community, and being a lifelong learner and teacher--even outside of a classroom.

As a fourth-generation REALTOR®, Tiffany joined Century 21 Fine Homes & Estates Judge Fite Company and The GAUNTT TEAM.
